White chocolate fondue

Skewer marshmallows and hulled strawberries and dip them in this wickedly sweet dessert – recipe by Emily Chadwick.

Ingredients

  • 375g bag of Nestlé White Melts
  • 250ml thickened cream
  • Liqueur of your choice
  • Strawberries
  • Marshmallows

Method

  • Place 250g of White Melts in a heavy saucepan with 250ml of thickened cream on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • When the mixture has melted, add a dash of your favourite liqueur and stir it in thoroughly. Emily uses Cointreau, but says Bailey’s Irish Cream is also very tasty!
  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then stick them on the skewers with the marshmallows. Alternatively, your guests may like to make up their own.
  • Pour the sauce into your fondue set and serve immediately.
